Visual identity / Marketing campaign
The Avenue at Bintang Indah is a collection of 26 luxurious homes in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. An identity and marketing campaign is created for the launch. The logo is in the shape of a golden rectangle, a proportional equation which the architecture is based on. It resembles the view of the forest from a window. A series of newspaper ads, direct mail postcards and a website were conceived for the launch.
