Copperhead is an addition to Razer’s stable of gaming mice named after different species of snakes. With a growing product line, a new system is needed for product differentiation. A repackaging exercise across all products is initiated to reduce package volume for shipping efficiency; as well as provisions for shoppers to see, hold and feel products without opening the packs. Together with the Copperhead identity, a new packaging system with colour differentiation is introduced. Unique product features are also highlighted prominently. 300 Copperhead mice at launch are specially marked as ‘first-edition’ and comes with a serialised certificate in the box.
